Documentation
required
- Purchase document (Invoice or Bill of Sale)
- Owners ID/Passport; Formation Certificate in corporate ownership case
- CE or builders’ certificate (if boat hasn’t, Survey Report or Boat's Manual)
- Withdrawal document from last boat register
- Picture of the nameplate with design category and max person on board (if boat has)
- Picture of EIN (engine nameplates with serial nr
- Picture of HIN (hull identity Number of the yacht/boat)
The registration is for life , unless you decide that you want to de-register or sell your boat/vessel.
We will arrange for you a Polish (EU) flag registration. The registration is valid for the lifetime of the boat or your ownership, so you will not need to renew it! All the paperwork we will arrange for you. The whole process is quick and simple, as you do not need a yacht survey, and can be done in 3-4 days (provisional registration). After registration is filled we will deliver to you original registration documentation within cca 3 weeks. Anyone can register a boat under the Polish flag, either EU, EEA or foreigner (third country) can apply for it. Private or corporate ownership possible.
If you will decide to use it in commercial purpose, we can arrange as well for you safety card issuing, for what official PL Survey will be needed.
